In this weeks process and production we were doing interior drawing of the creative arts buildings. We was given the option to draw anywhere within the creative arts building. I first drew the view to the ground floor from the CA001 door.
Materials:
Electronic pencil
0.3mm fine liner
A4 plain paper
Using a pencil I drew out the outline of all the key areas of what I wants to recreate. I then went over the key areas in a 0.3mm fine liner. I then went back to the pencil to add in the shading for the shadows and the darker areas.
I then moved to the small lift in the CA building, and drew out the view towards the big window. Including the second floor and the first floor.
I started out using the pencil to create the main area of what I wanted to show. Then using the 0.3mm fine liner to go over the pencil, I then went back to the pencil to add in the shading and shadows.
I'm wasn't fond of the workshop as I'm not a big fan of drawing. Even though I am happy with the outcomes, I wanted to keep them simple, but clear on what I wanted to portray. I had the option to use more materials, but as I'm not overly experience with the other materials, I didn't want to ruin what I had created.
