WORKSHOP : PHOTOSHOP

In this workshop we were shown how to use photoshop, but as i wasn't even in the country i didn't know what was shown within the workshop. But I did ask what the final task was we had to do. The final task was to edit a final a photo of our self and not to be destructive with it. So i found a a awesome picture of me. Opened it up in photoshop, then duplicated the layer (cmd-j)
The top right photo is the original picture.
To get the effect on the top left photo i went to, filter at the top of the screen, filter gallery, palette knife, changed the stroke size to 25, stroke detail to 3, and the softness to 0,
to get to the final image (bottom) I then selected around my eye using the quick selection tool, duplicated layer (cmd-j), then went to filter at the top of the page, stylise, extrude. Clicked type: blocked at a size of 30 pixels, random then ticked the solid front faces and mask incomplete blocks.

Even though I wasn't there I don't think i would have liked it as i already knew how to months on photoshop so it would have been as waste of time to me. However, I did enjoy editing this photo of myself.
